Diet is questionable at best.
Coffee, soy, oats, chips, eating crap right before bedโฆโฆSo why are you on depression meds?
U r eating like you have no metabolic and digestive issues like most people struggling with weight loss and high a1c. Oh wait, you dont. U can eat this way because you didnt destroy your body like most people. Not jealous. Good for u. That's great and u r beautiful. But this will not work for my patients.
Soo much food! How! I work out at 5:00 am then I walk or take a dance class after work and so not enjoy this

You lost me at soy milk. Who drinks that crap other than tree hugging women and soyboys? Also more soy with dinner. Men- do not eat soy.
Should be for breakfast nothing

For dinner a 25 ounce rib eye steak and 6 eggs
Too many carbs

Carnivore is healthier.

Over loading your body with carbohydrates – get ready for diabetes. This is why I wouldnโt follow a dietitian as they donโt know enough. Iโd follow a Naturopathic doctor or Dr Berg
