  1. U r eating like you have no metabolic and digestive issues like most people struggling with weight loss and high a1c. Oh wait, you dont. U can eat this way because you didnt destroy your body like most people. Not jealous. Good for u. That's great and u r beautiful. But this will not work for my patients.

  2. Soo much food! How! I work out at 5:00 am then I walk or take a dance class after work and so not enjoy this

  3. You lost me at soy milk. Who drinks that crap other than tree hugging women and soyboys? Also more soy with dinner. Men- do not eat soy.

  4. Literally how do you maintain a healthy weight eating that much. No judgement. I really don’t understand 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  5. Over loading your body with carbohydrates – get ready for diabetes. This is why I wouldn’t follow a dietitian as they don’t know enough. I’d follow a Naturopathic doctor or Dr Berg

  6. this is trash, yeah, "big sandwich" 'dove into the lays". Tell me how to stop eating before promoting non diet non restrictive BS. like do YOU even have the solution to the obesity epidemic??? or is this for delusional anorexic white girls? what are you the taylor swift of dietitians?
