Recipe:
-500 grams /17.6 oz pasta
-soffritto: 2 carrots, 1 onion, leek, celery, olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
-chicken cube stock
-500 grams/ 17.6 oz mince beef meat
-800 grams/ 28 oz chopped tomatoes
-240 grams /8.5 oz grated mozzarella cheese
-100 grams/ 3.5 oz mature cheddar cheese
-herbs and wine to taste
