I always like your ideas, but I can't say I would want to try this one. I don't even purchase hot dogs unless we're camping or grilling out for 4th of July.
My son is SO picky about trying new things- everything included here is ‘safe’ and something he WILL eat 😅 I’m very interested to see if he will enjoy this! ❤

Not an absolutely horrible Idea though.
Replace those hot dogs with Italian sausages and I'd try it. Otherwise, adding hot dogs to baked spaghetti doesn't really improve it.
With Filipino style spaghetti sauce this would be perfect, since Filipino spaghetti uses hot dogs anyway
I'd take the hotdog pkg out before I bake that.
