  2. Pls pls pls do not use grated-ready Parmesan 😩 those are made with the crust (at best) and other ingredients, the taste is horrible, destroys every dish 😭

  3. It’s a bit like Bolognese take away the mushrooms and way prepared it no one grates Parmesan on the pasta then adds sauce to the pasta afterwards that’s backwards you put the sauce on the pasta then grate the cheese seems a bit strange.

  4. In Greece, they love using huge ammounts of tomato paste and olive oil. That's how they cook their version of Bolognese.

  5. Isnt it funny how all the worlds dishes come from Portugal, India, France and Italy and rest of the world just adds their twist on the dishes and calls it theirs
