Slow Living in Southern Italy: Eating Local & Exploring Alberobello & Matera

In today’s video, I want to take you with me on a slow journey through the south of Italy. Our first stop was Porto Recanati, where we enjoyed delicious local food and visited the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto. Then, I’ll show you the charming town of Alberobello, famous for its cone-shaped houses, followed by Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We also stayed in a stunning place—a beautifully renovated antique tannery.

Лично меня Иерусалим не впечатлил, суета, много грязи. Конечно его обязательно нужно увидеть, приблизиться к истории. Но ваша прогулка получилась намного гармоничнее, красивее и умиротвореннее.

My whole family is from Matera and 90% of my family still live there. I love going back to Matera to visit with my family and spend time in Basilicata, Puglia, campania and Calabria. Matera is a MUST SEE

Visited these places in 2023, they are amazing and your footage brought back some wonderful memories. We stayed in a trulli in Alberobello and did day trips. Just amazing places, fabulous food and such lovely welcoming people 😊
