  2. I'd cut the chicken into pieces first, and THEN season the lot before cooking it off, but that's just me

  3. Simple. Quick. Easy. And lower in sodium than the original recipe for sure. This is an excellent quick meal for a family.

  4. Made this tonight. Was a total sucess!! Thanks for the outside the box idea. It was super flavorful and truly simple to put together. Next time I'll probably add a touch of heat to it to make it more Cajun, but otherwise it was wonderful, thanks again!

  5. BRING BACK THE 20 MINUTE PLUS COOKING VIDEOS WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?! WE LOVE THE TALKING WE THE PREP WE LOVE SEEING REAL COOKING IN REAL TIME! Stop following “trends” 😢

  6. I like this version much better than the old school recipe. Cajun spices , red and poblano peppers and the "from scratch" cheese sauce make it really pop. The only change I would make is instead of fire roasted tomatoes, I would use a can of Rotel with green chiles.
    Keep em coming!!
