Hi everyone!
This is my first cooking tutorial on this channel so please let me know what you think!
I am an Italian/Australian woman from Naples. I am not a professional chef (not even close!) but I do love cooking the Italian meals I grew up on.

No other cuisine compares! I like simple home cooked meals above anything else and it’s really all I like to cook.

I hope you like this video!

Ingredients
Mince,
Canned Tomatoes,
Onion,
White Wine,
Salt, Celery,
Carrot,
Olive oil,
Spaghetti,
Parmesan cheese

Oil in the pot, when oil is hot put in chopped onion
Then add finely chopped carrot and celery
Add mince, stir frequently. Once browned add white wine bit by bit
Allow wine to evaporate before adding more
Add canned tomatoes, stir well.
Add salt. A little at a time and taste as you go
Turn flame down to low and let simmer for an hour

Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add pasta making sure there is plenty of water for the pasta to expand in and still be stirred easily
Stir well. Put lid back on and allow to come to a boil.
Take lid off and turn flame down to medium. Stir well
Start adding salt small amount at a time.
Taste as you go. Stop when you can taste the pasta well and can bite through easily
Do not allow the pasta to become “soft”
Remove from flame and very carefully pour the pasta into a strainer in the sink
Replace drained pasta into the large pot
Add two ladles worth of sauce onto the pasta and stir well until all the pasta is coated and flavoured with the sauce
Serve with Parmesan cheese
