It’s a Italian style omelette, the original green leaves is Spinach, I change it to Malunggay (Moringa Leaves) that is native to tropical and subtropical regions of South Asia. Malunggay or Moringa leaves with eggs, garlic, red onion, tomatoes, parmesan cheese (grated), salt and pepper, cooked in low heat, until it cooked. When the top of the omelette is dry, check the inner of the omelette with wooden stick, it should be dry, if the stick is not wet, done it cook enough. Transfer it, in the plate or chopping board, slice and plate it, a hot sauce is a good dip to it. It’s a delicious appetizer 😊 Try it and enjoy eating !!!
