Today I decided to show what meals I make and how I make them.

First dish is simple, easy, cheap, easy… Did I mention it is easy?
Zucchini cut up
Squash cut up
Red Onions cut up
Brussels Sprouts cut up

Mix with olive oil & some seasoning (I use Italian)

Cut up PRE-COOKED sausage, mix in.

Cook in oven @400. Depending on how much you cook it will need 20-30 minutes.

Meal 2
Chicken Tenderloins
3 different flavors – season as you desire cook 425 for 16 minutes

Rice – Cooked in Chicken broth. 4 cups broth, 2 cups rice, 27 minutes.

Fresh veggies

Each meal was less then $22 and will give you plenty of food!
