Here are the best foods to eat if you are diabetic. These foods won’t spike your blood sugar and are made with a fantastic combo of fiber and protein which is key for glucose regulation. I wore a CGM to show how some of these foods affect my blood sugar, and of course everyone is different, the results are very interesting.

The knock your sprouts off bread is not Bobby approved on the Bobby app 😢
I highly recommend to cook the rice, let it get coold in the fridge, then reheat…. Now eat and check blood sugar
Bobby, Can you diabetic friendly list for Costco shoppers. Please!!!
Funny, i am actually diagnose with diabetes and can't get one of those meters.
Hi Bobby, I’m T2D and love to see more low carb choices for diabetics 🥰
Thanks for sharing ❤
Can you do bagels please I love them but I don’t want all the carbs ❤
More diabetic videos please 😊
I prefer Allulose for my sweetner
All we have is Walmart and Brookshire and heb which is an hour away
These diabetic friendly/low carb videos are so helpful.
Please make more diabetic friendly foods. I'm struggling to lower my sugar. My regular fasting sugar levels are always between 280 and 498. I struggle with carbs. But I rarely eat. I'm trying to avoid insulin shots. I believe it's like moving into a nursing home or under hospice care. Like sending an animal to the shelter to be euthanized. I think I spelled that right
what an informative video! More diabetics videos please!
You should be sponsored by Peepers Progressive Readers, clear on top magnified on bottom for reading small print. That way you can avoid horsing around with cheaters. They advertise on YouTube.
I want to see more diabetic friendly videos pls
What do you think about Luma powder?
How about zero carb options?????????? Yes, keto/carivore (less than 30g/day) if you want to reverse diabetes. It works!
You didn’t mention the Hero bread. Clean ingredients and made with olive oil. 1 gram net carbs.
Thank you, Bobby. You have educated me into a much better world. Not only do I eat clean, but I’m diabetic. I use your app just the other day for a sugar substitute. I can’t believe you just featured it. Love and God bless you guys!
Flav City looks SO amazing. Can they swap out the coconut milk for another plant milk? Maybe on just 1 kind as a test? I'd be a loyal purchaser! 🙂
Bobby what about the cholesterol in the base culture bread
What app were you using to show your sugar levels that was on your phone?
Can we please get a renal diet video?
Question: On the BonneMaman label it reads that there is Total Sugars 13g (Incl. 12g Added Sugars) Are those numbers supposed to be added up? Or is it the fruit has the 13g of sugar PLUS the 12g of added sugar? Same with Crofters? T2D recently diagnosed and trying to figure all this out. BTW, the reason your numbers of Bobby Approved barcode readings are so high? It's me, lol.
"Hero" seeded bread is my go to..amazon,fred meyers now carrying, albertsons..they have hamburger buns, hotdogs buns, rolls, taco shells..love taco shells..low carbs, good ingredients, low to no sugars..
I so need help….. I’ve been a T1 diabetic for 48 years…. (Yes that means insulin dependent)….. I have a variety of autoimmune issues in my family….. I also have others with T1D….. and yes it is far different than the far most common type 2. lol for God knows…. Mine is not “reversible” and so on…. I so hate we few with T1D are lumped in with type 2…. I have a family full of autoimmune issues…. I have one nephew with T1D, and another with Celiac and nut allergies ( both peanut and tree ). My two sons both have the tree and peanut allergies also…. To get back to myself….. my endocrinologist has run tests, ( note my primary runs tests, but they are just the generic screening kind) and now has determined that I also have Hashimoto’s. I have been doing my best to cut out most gluten…. I have also been getting tips from my nephew whom has celiac’s. I could use your take on diabetic and gluten free choices…
Love this so much! So many diabetics truly just don't know how or what food to eat. This information is very helpful❤
Are you using a specific app with your CGM? If so, which one?
Thanks, Bobby for all of the information. I have been diabetic for over 25 years and it is an endless struggle to try to figure out what to safely eat.
Yes, please more videos for people who are diabetic or prediabetic. Thank you.
Yes please more low glycemic options. Thank you!
What's the best way to get 100 grams of Protein in before surgery please — especially if you are not a big eater-
Just don’t eat any carbs or sugar and your diabetes will reverse.
My understanding is that too much protein harms the kidneys and can cause chronic kidney disease. Having beef for breakfast at 30g of protein is out of the question for me. I limit my protein to 65g per day. I have two slices of Oasis low carb toast with hummus, along with zero carb, unsweetened yogurt mixed with chia seeds and Stevia in the Raw for breakfast. I sweeten my coffee with Coffeemate Zero chocolate creamer, and I am a happy diabetic camper. I know it’s not Bobby approved, but I have lost 32 pounds, get plenty of fiber and protein per day, and have no high blood sugar readings for breakfast.
Unbelieva Bun (@unbelievabun) has been my go-to low carb breads. Once you toast em really well it's 💯! Thank me later
Yes more diabetic food and more low carb meals
Bobby, since diabetes is the leading cause of heart disease, you should mention that erythritol is associated with blood clots. I would stay away in any amounts if you’re a diabetics or have CAD. The best alternate is Allulose and is good for your mitochondria.
Also, you walked past the “Hero” bread brand. Love to hear your take on that product. I get little to no spike when used sparingly like any low carb product.
