How TF does Norwegian restourants even et 1 Michelin star (LET ALONE 3) with a garbage taste in food (and repetitive dishes) that most of them have!? 🤷♂

I live in Stavanger and I've been to this restaurant twice. Those two visits have been the best culinary experiences of my life.
Rena means reindeer in portuguese… is it the same in Norway?

Went there 3 years ago with my gf at our 15th anniversary. An interesting experience, but not something I'd do again. The food was too posh for us. And they used far too much lime or whatever they used. Almost every dish had this citrus taste. Thought they'd vary a bit more. But ok, it's not for everyone I guess
this had me talking to myself, super jealous with compliments of yuuuum and yesss. how beautiful and what a balance of culinary flavours!!!

From all the countries I've traveled to, Norway is where I had the worst food in restaurants (salmon was great, tho).
I wasn't sold until I saw the Madrugada vinyl, that's good taste
You should travel up north and get reindeer how it's supposed to be prepared, with flavors that fits with the meat. It has a lot of flavor, and this chef clearly went overboard ..
You need an edit on the Leoville Las Cases being a Syrah from California. Amazing video, as always.
