Pasta, one of the cheapest things to buy
We went there first night in Rome and I unfortunately have to say: the worst carbonara in Rome. Almost no taste, guanciale was not crispy at all, nearly no taste of any parmigiano or pecorino?! Cacio e Pepe was good though. Maybe it was just an accident but had way better carbonara elsewhere.

I like how they donโt try to oversell how good it is. Made it at home the traditional way, first try and itโs shocking how good it is. Iโll never be able to repeat my lucky master piece. ๐
