   For 50 dollars that buffet is extreme trash.

   Especially for a foreign buffet at that price point? No one should go.

   if you want to eat satay try goes proper satay restaurant there is plenty in Malaysia please do review them.

   Eating satay at hotel probably is no no.. it more flavourful if buy it from the street vendor

   Hmm not sure who recommended Lemon Garden there, they've went down hill with their flavours since few years back. I personally would recommend you go to KL Grand Hyatt's JP Teres restaurant and try their buffet instead.. But yeah hotel buffet here in Malaysia is not the best place for top notch flavours frankly speaking, given they have to cater to foreigner's palate most of the time.

   Hi Jimmy. Would love you to try out the samba Brazilian steakhouse while you’re in KL. It’s at Avenue K opposite KLCC. It’s an all you can eat steak buffet with all kinds of steak cuts and of course some desserts + sashimi and other hot foods.

    from my experience, luxurious buffet with lots of variety of foods usually have mediocre foods. the cheaper and more focused korean bbq buffet or mookata buffet have much better foods

    I've had the best giggle at "these are the eternal fountain of obesity" 😂😂😂
    Have to say, the cheaper buffet looks so much better. Much rather have that than a lot of whatvwas on show in the "luxury" buffet.

    I would say $30 would be a fair price for the 2nd buffet. Even tho there's lobster…most people in foreign countries are pretty conservative when eating at buffets.

    That hotel buffet is way overrated, for that price its looks simply disappointing, tourist trap indeed. Try sukiya shabu shabu here, cheap and high quality all u can eat.

    I stayed at Shangri La hotel for 1 week when i was in Kuala Lumpur I thought the Lemon Garden was a party every day!🙂

    Hi Jimmy, Malaysian Buffet has gone up in price but quality has dropped. If you want the best of the buffet, you must turn up as soon as the buffet starts. Mandarin Oriental has a good spread as well.

    man, i cant believe you came to the philippines and not have the good buffet. we have much much better buffet in Manila than what they served you.

    Also missing is the yummy pork.

    I went to that hotel revently. Food tasted mediocre for the price. Very meh. And they ran out of oysters for almost 1 year according to their staff.

    us$8 for you quite cheap… for us😅😂 rm36 minus 10 cent are kinda hefty.. especially people like eating just take whatever their money worth, but didn't finish eating it and waste it.😢.. that's why personally i don't eat Steamboat much😂😂.. i rather eat a portion that satisfy my cravings but not Steamboat..

    As a Malaysian, that first place is definitely a steal, 35.90 for a buffet is insane.

    Try Nasi Ayam Claypot and Ding bian hu in malaysia, very delicious!👍
