Word of mouth told us that we had to visit Restaurant AL 34 for autrhentic Italian and Roman cuisine. Mr. Walter Casalini founded Restaurant Al 34 in the historical center of Roma in Via Mario de Fiori in 1968. Today the restaurant is run by Maria Luisa and Nicola Casalini (his son), a creator of a lot of the dishes offered.
