Fly Eagles Fly! Cannot go wrong with a genuine cheesesteak! YUM!! I made cheesesteaks with shaved ribeye, grilled onions, a bit of seasoning, and cooper sharp cheese (Provolone is acceptable and some like Cheez Wiz–not me). Good rolls are critical such as Amoroso's from Philly! Congrats to my BIRDS, who crushed the Chiefs!
Alessio, you're correct about the beer pour. I was on team "tilt and pour" until someone explained the foam in the stomach when you tilt it and don't let the foam dissipate. He had me try it poured his way and I did not feel full and bloated at all!

I know I'm a little late, but does Alessio go crazy during any Azzurri matches? It'd be great to see a mix and match of Italian football/soccer snacks and American snacks while a big game is on. My personal favorite, SB or otherwise, are chicken wings, jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks.

IS that an AUTHENTIC PHILLY CHEESESTEAK?? or a FAKE one? And you needed to be represented by PHILLY SOFT PRETZELS too.
I ended up with a Jacks frozen pizza (sausage) and Jacks frozen pizza fries for Sunday game day.
I cut each pizza and fries in half and put both half's on a pizza pan and baked them up (both had the same temperature cook times listed)
I know a frozen pizza maybe Alessio least favorite thing but for a single guy like me it worked out just fine.
The other 2 half's I can do at another date and time whenever I want.
But those ribs you had looked so good.
Where did you get those ribs from by the way.
The tipping of the beer glass is correct, and I did that at a church event once and that was the way I learned it.
The same method is great for root beer or any other soda to reduce the fizz
