These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs…
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish – not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 – 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed…
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. – Do not over mix or it will separate!!!!!!!!!!
Put mixture in eggs – I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers…
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.
Love!!
My first love after high school late 80’s early 90’s was Greek and Arabic decent. Mamma Georgio would make me pastitsio 😬🤤 and do not sleep on baked chicken with lemoni patatas✌🏼

Waste of time video. And you made a Mornay sauce NOT bechamel and yeah you would get a kick up the arse if you put black pepper in a white sauce . Epic fail .

Cinnamon in a meat sauce is quite the shout, never heard any such recipe calling for it before but can see it working well!

butternut squash with spice and cinnamon
meat with oignon and carrot and garlic and tomato paste cook in pork belly fat (to replace the butter)
bechamel
two pieces of braised cabbage (in pork belly fat) on top.
Very nutritive and delicious 😋

this is a good effort, but those noodles are much too wide. we actually use bucatini #2 by misko. a great dish for sure, except the bechamel is something we all scrape off before eating. i don't know anyone who likes it! but anyway, try it again with the bucatini #2 noodles. you'll get a much taller, nicer presentation! greetings from Greek girl!
Pastisio is superior to lasagne in every way.
Feta in the noodles, plus an egg white.
In the bechamel use kefalograviera cheese. If you can't find that Romano is better than parmesan
