This was filmed on a five-night cruise from Long Beach to Mexico aboard the Italian-themed Carnival Firenze. We sampled a variety of appetizers, entrées, and desserts, including panzerotti, mozzarella carrozza, fritto misto, sea bass, slow-cooked beef pasta alla genovese, cannoli, and tiramisu.
