Caramella makes a grand debut at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas with an incredibly beautiful new restaurant. It’s stunning inside with a gorgeous cocktail lounge, a candy shop, a speak easy, a grand dining room, and quite possibly the BEST restaurant patio in all of Las Vegas. People hyperbole quite a bit but I mean this literally, this maybe the best patio on the Las Vegas strip.
A lot of new restaurants have been opening on Las Vegas Blvd recently but Caramella is bringing a stage that is unlike any of the other newly opened restaurants recently. But how is the food? I’ll be finding out in this video as I try over a third of a menu because

I never venture to PH but maybe I should. They have reasonably priced shopping on the premises too. This place checks a lot of boxes. I, for one, would be having that pasta dish with the noodle you likened to thin lasagna, I think. And yes on the outdoor seating!

Thank you for doing this review. Probably a lot of people requested you try out Caramella, and I was one of them. There are a few entrees there that I am interested in. Once the weather warms up, I think I'm going to have to sit out on the patio and try this place out.
Goo Lord, your reviews are the best! I've taken to reviewing the menu before I watch and try to guess what you might pick and select the things I would like to see! I know you dont give a number or letter grade but I would be interested in where some restaurants rank. Is this one of the best, better, average, worst… italian restaurants you have eaten at in LV.

Looks like there are some growing pains. I noted that the first appetizer was listed as gluten free, but no other designations on the menu. Do they use wheat or soy sauce on their filet? Thanks for the review!

All the food looked really good especially the seafood. The atmosphere looks super amazing especially if you get the outdoor patio area.
The Salmon dish looked like it was expertly cooked. How they didn't overcook such a thin slice of salmon but have such a crispy crust looked amazing as you ate it.
SHIN- My absolute FAV Italian in Vegas is Buca di Beppo at the Excalibur!! In the summer when Olive Garden offers the "Endless Pasta" I will go there!!
The chicken parm looks wonderful! Lots of good-looking food at this place. The pasta Bolognese looks like it has exactly the texture I look for in pasta! 😍

Hope you finished the king crab scampi at the restaurant. Not sure if it would travel well and looked too good not to just finish while freshly prepared.
Ate here recently and had several of the same items. The blue crab dish and whipped ricotta app were standouts. The decor was BEAUTIFUL combining high end finishes with whimsical touches like the animal sculptures. I was impressed by the craftsmanship of the floor of all things. That floor in there has to have cost more than my entire home to make. I look forward to trying the speakeasy next and certainly need to get that king crab scampi with the wagyu fries, as those are two things I didn't get last time!

Hii Shin!! Carmella looks like a really nice place in the middle of the strip with a beautiful patio. I know it’s a really good dish when your eyes roll back in your head. I think I would be a fan of the blue crab pasta for sure and something I don’t say very often but that dessert looked amazing and I’m not even a fan of sweets! Great video as always.
