Great video, and I agree with all of your choices. However, you left out one of the most iconic dishes that I enjoyed eating often, when I lived there…Saltimbocca alla Romana.
Don't ask for spaghetti & meatballs, chicken parm or fettucine alfredo, all medigan dishes
