ive had short rib ravioli twice at two diff fancy restaurants and both times it was just boring. could not taste the beef which was soo disappointing .. this recipe I will try myself.. looks amazing.

Short rib lasagna is a family favorite. I made a holiday one the other day, but with bolonegse instead, and béchamel rather than the ricotta. Lasagna during the holidays, what a great tradition.
