Try out this Winter Special Corn Spinach Pasta which have a creamy flavour of white sauce. These cheesy pasta are super delightful with crunch of sweet corn and freshness of spinach.
Servings :
Ingredients
3 cups pasta
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
3 cups washed and finely chopped spinach
2 tbsp oil
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
1½ cup boiled sweet corn
Salt to taste
½ tsp crushed black pepper
½ tsp red chilli powder
For white sause –
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour or maida
3 cups milk
3 grated cheese cubes
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp red chilli flakes
