I do actually think this is a really good episode. I like when the restaurants actually improve and stay like that. Parts of this episode have that feeling of been framed in a negative light, which makes Pete's turn feel weird, but I suspect it wasn't dramatic enough for the American™ audience, so they changed the order of events around so that Pete seemed even more stubborn.

I have a friend who started balding at 18 it was due to genetics and stress… He's been through a lot so he has PTSD too but now his once lush wavy long hair that everyone used to be jealous of and asked what products he uses is now nearly gone and he only has hair on the sides and back but even those are starting to come out. To be fair to the lady, though, it CAN be difficult for older citizens to find new employment, especially after years and decades of running your own business and being your own ultimate boss. Plus, a lot of jobs that older people can do are being automated.
