good morning another foggy morning surprise surprise it seems to be foggy every morning so uh today’s moment of zan something uh we love and appreciate about Italy is um pizza and wine pizza and wine certainly great combination but uh what’s so special about it it’s um another indication of how comfortable uh we are here at and how much we enjoy certain places and we can call it ours our places so a little story uh Kasha and I went shopping to turny um about 20 minutes 25 minutes this way um this was in a late afternoon we’re a little hungry uh we didn’t think that we’ll be cooking um at home so we decided to have a bite a quick bite not a full sit down but just a slice of pizza and right next to our uh grocery store there is um a pizza pizza place um one of the chains um That You Don’t See many I think this is the only Pizza chain we have seen at least with two or three locations um great pizza uh lots of choices and uh constantly fresh and refreshed and it’s cut into squares um it’s something unique you you you get triangles only when you order a whole pizza um to go or um to eat and then you cut it to whatever shape you want but uh when they bake pizza for uh to serve like this um and it’s it’s read and displayed it’s I’m trying to think it’s always cut into squares yeah uh so cash and I glanced at that pizza and we also glanced at the ambience Ambience there was a a fair amount of people several people waiting and and the place seemed a little chaotic um more chaotic than than we wanted and also uh there was just too many people too much light so so we said you know what let’s let’s uh pack and go we put the shopping in the in a car and we drove to aquaspa to our favorite tiny tiny Pizzeria aquaspa this way 5 minutes uh it is the proverbial Hall in the wall uh not much of the signage outside a lovely couple is is um is is cooking the lady typically at the front the man at the back uh uh most times cooking pizza not stereotyping it’s just the way we we have seen it and I’m sure that they uh have other roles as well always cheerful always smiling by now uh they greeting us they recognizing us now the pizza is phenomenal it’s it’s what I call off the charts pizza just a simple humble meal um very thin and very hard crust uh not that gooey uh Pizza that sometimes unfortunately it’s typical to to find in North America so this is a good crunch thin uh Pizza uh since it was um a Friday we said okay well let’s have a glass of wine and uh uh some pizza pizza and wine we sat that there’s only there only two tables inside and few outside but it’s getting colder so fewer people are sitting there so we had um this um lovely uh Pizza I had mushroom and and and some sausage uh with cheese on top Cas I had potato and zucchini flowers also great and and we felt good felt good we felt uh that we were in a right place uh nothing was rushed everything was fresh um there were no crowds um we had a great half an hour there just uh enjoying uh the meal uh together in our town as SAS Spa becomes more and more ours so um that’s it sometimes simple pizza and wine will be uh the Moment of Zen wishing everyone a great day a little foggy still foggy uh love you all thanks bye
