Honorable mention for Matino 😊
l'idea del video e' ottima, mi hai fatto una tremenda nostalgia del salento e della meravigliosa pasticceria salentina
Marco, you’re the best !
Wow wow wow!!! What's not to love??? Beautifully done Grazie mille 💜
“Theres not a lot not to love Lecce” indeed… I left my heart in Lecce this summer!
This place is lovely. And I liked the list of towns. Thank you ❤❤
Another lovely video marco……do you need an assistant😅?…..love from goa
So beautiful!
That Palazzo really is a DREAM! 😍
You definitely got 1 and 2 in the right place, but they all look good! 😍
What would we like to see in future videos? My ideal place would be a property in a natural setting that would qualify for the 7%, but is near a town I could scooter or e-bike to within 15 mins and with lots of restaurants, services, and year-around activity.
Notice the places are all in Southern Italy or the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Surely there are other places in all of Italy?
What do you think of Porto Cesareo?
Piazza means square https://youtube.com/shorts/YKMJWnbWckE?feature=share
Temptation Marco is your nick name! Haha! Those treats looked amazing, bro! Cheers Kirk
So I am comparing the North and the South. When you quote the price per sq. Meter how much would you discount for a location outside of a city center or town? Additionally to you have an approximate discount on any property that is half renovated, first and second floors but not the third or fourth. Thanks
awesome Video Marco, inspiring on many levels
Not a single one of those pastries would have made to to the map from the tray if I was there. 😂😅😂😅
That is one beautiful palazzo, Marco! It has been well kept.
Marco another great video !! Thank you for all you do
Wow!! Absolutely fantastic!!
This guy is brilliant with this channel! I love these videos.
Thank you Marco, this one felt like it was for me, personally, I am interested in the Salento region and many of the towns you visited. I am hoping to spend three months there this spring, arriving to Lecce then on to some of the towns in the southern part of the region.
Keep um coming Marco, Bravo!
The tile work is spectacular
You have created a remarkable channel. The videos are welcoming and warm. I come not only to satisfy my love of architecture, but to learn a little about the history and cuisine of each location. Grazie mille, Marco. Kudos.
This is a great format to base great city living.
I love you for putting a pastry with the town. This is amazing.
I wouldn’t change a thing awesome house!
The home was gorgeous 😮
I love your videos and hope to move to Italy at least for a few years. Thank you for your tops picks of southern Italy towns. 🙂
1000-2500 euros per sqm?!? Sheeesh!!
Beautiful. Those star vaulted ceilings are wonderful. Love the cake and place concept…. do you eat them? 😋😂
A new style, as usual great quality, you know it must be a good day if this channel posts a new Video😊
Great video! ❤
Awesome breakdown, thank you. Quick question about Puglia: Are there concerns with the extreme drought in the area and many of the wells going dry with forecasts of increased drought over the next decade. What has your experience been with aquifers and associated wells going dry and cisterns having to be used for water? Thank you.
Love that you added the pastries!
Are any of these locations expat friendly? If so, from what countries /nationalities might be represented?
Great video, thank you! Love your descriptions and visuals.
I live in London where there are so many trees and parks. What strikes me when I see aerial views of Italian towns/cities is that you have very few green spaces, so the air quality can't be good either. I grew up in Italy in towns without a single park or communal green area. Piazzas can be beautiful but I'd rather have a park to go to
Fantastic video – thank you.
man you should get an oscar. I just bought a property in puglia but still watching your channel. it is so beautiful and entertaining. you really should direct movies
Galatina is so so beautiful and the pasticiotto is a terrible sin.
talk dollars or euro's square meter means nothing to me
😂😂😂😂😂
Your map markers are ingenious. 😅
