Leanne and Jon are a couple whose hearts have always been tied to Italy. They exchanged vows in a charming Tuscan town while on holiday with their children and honeymooned in Barolo, where their dream of running a winery took root.

Back in California, that dream became a reality, and for over a decade, they’ve poured their passion into making wine.

Now, they’re ready to turn the page to their next chapter—this time, in Italy. The house hunt has begun, and we’re tagging along to explore one of the apartments they’ve been considering.

Join us for the journey and stay tuned to see how it all turns out!

  2. lovely apt. my only advise is don't be in a hurry with italian beurocracy, everything will be o.k. "col tempo"

  3. You are brave! With a war raging very close to you, (Ukraine and Russia are not far away), i would NEVER buy property in Europe right now unless i were able to lose my money. When war broke out in Eukrain, another vloger had just sunk all his savings in a lovely home. Just as he finished renovations the war began a n d he had to flee, leaving it all behind. Good luck

  4. Also from California and looking at Italy, first time we've heard of Radicondoli, looks gorgeous.

  5. as an Italian and Tuscan, I am always grateful that there are very strict rules on the external appearance of houses, which prohibit changes that alter the visual uniformity of the town. I dare not think if these rules did not exist, watching this video and the alarming enthusiasm with which the lady would like to give the American style to this house, with the absurdity of having first looked for the real house with Italian style
