Good to know. Thanks.
this goes for Japanese restaurants too.. if you want Tempura, it's in a tempura restaurant.. Curry? curry restaurant, katsu will be in a Katsu restaurant and you won't find teriyaki chicken at a sushi restaurant… basically if you see a few different items, it's likely a tourist restaurant, but in Japan, it's all good . So, it's ok to order a Hamburg steak, and your partner gets Udon, and your son gets some sushi.. why not.. they make the restaurants for us tourists that don't all like the same thing. The food is still good. I kinda love Japan.
That Nonna that lives 5 kilometers away in a different village has no idea how to make a Ragu Bolognese as it should be made, and is made by my Nonna, obviously!
I appreciate the tip but I don’t really agree. Food from all over the country is served at non-tourist restaurants. You can get all the classic Italian dishes all over the country that are non-touristy.
