The first of 10 episodes centred around salty snacks, washed down with an ice cold something or other.

Starting with salt and spice deep fried.

A very simple, yet slightly labour intensive snack. Get some N’duja out of its sheath and mash up before stuffing in a piping bag.

Get some pitted olives, stuff as much of the spicy sausage mixture as you can. Then flour, egg and panko. Deep fry until golden.

The N’duja turns liquidy, encased in a crisp shell. Very moreish.

Washed down with a very drinkable Erdinger.
