  9. This must have turned out extremely sweet.
    Perhaps try making it dry or in-between dry & semy dry. Maybe also add some blackberries like 1lb .

  10. Hi , if we dont find the right yeast , can we add ordinary yeast or should we do it without putting any yeast ?
    If the cherries are more darker colour / more sweet can we add less sugar in our fermenter or we should always add more sugat like you did in your video ?

  11. I did this recipe but when cherry comes up in the first 7 days i opend the container and stir the cherry and put them down and then put the top and the air lock i just did it 3 times is it ok? Or maybe its a fault leads to oxidation? Can you help me ? Thanks

  12. Hy Cuoredicioccolato i tried the cherry wine and its so delicious i have a question to ask you when you put it in the second fermenter and you let it ferment for 40 days the second time the air lock has stayed leveled or there was bubbles coming out ??????

  13. 40 days? is the fermentsion so slow? was gonna make it for christmas gifts. is the prosess the same for the wine making if i use frozen berries? no boil?
