  1. I've watched this video many times. I'm starting my first batch of wine tomorrow.
I have 3 lbs of frozen strawberries and 2 lbs of frozen blackberries.
    A little over 2 kilos…
Will it be ok to add the blackberries in this recipe?
My favorite wine is blackberry merlot. Do you have a recipe for that?

  2. Thank you for the great video! I wonder why you didn't squeeze the strawberries in this recipe and used them whole?

  3. Ok. Im doing this right now and got a few questions

1)First fermentation took you 7 days or 9 days in total?
2)How did you know when is the time to put the wine in the 2nd fermenter?
    3) Should I filter the wine as I put it in the 2nd fermenter or is it better to filter before bottling? Asking about filtering because it looks like it might need it in my case.

  4. Hi there ! 🖖🏼 Thanks for ur recipes, love them and definitely want to try it. 😋 I just have one question. When u do the fermentation in the bottle, do u store the bottles in the fridge or just in a cool dark place like a garage? 🤔

  5. Hi Andrea, I made this following the instructions. I left in primary 1 week and secondary 22 days as I was away. I was so sure it was done I filled up my bottles and took a gravity sample late. I was surprised to see gravity of only 1030. Temp has been about 19-20c. So two questions – any idea why the fermentation stalled or went slowly? It tastes fine and is a bit sweet. Lastly, should I be worried about bottled exploding as I put in priming sugar. Thank you.

  6. Can I just let the strawberries ferment for 17 days in the fermenter? Can I eat the strawberries after 17 days?

  7. Sounds like a good recipe. Brown sugar adds character, I use it in my 18% ABV banana wine I just bottled and my mom liked it.

  8. I want to try this but with only 25 mg strawberries since we just want to do a small batch for our project. I want to ask what would be the measurement of the ingredients if this is the case?

  9. How about the excess strawberry? Should we press it during cooking to ensure more strawberry fruit part can be blended with the wine liquid?

Can we use the excess strawberry fuit for other product such as vinegar?

  10. Love the way you say “spectacular”😂❤️
I have a question about that if i want to make a large amount of strawberry wine, what is the quicker way? It takes a looot of time if i want to make something about +20 kilograms of strawberries. Is there any way?🤔

  11. When i transfer from first fermenter to secondary fermenter, should i have sediments in to secondary fermenter?

  12. Hi can we boil cherry with sugar too.? In making cherry wine? I boiled about 15 minutes? Any advice?😊

  13. I've got 12 liters brewing right now. Added cherries for extra tart punch… Can't wait 🎉🎉

  14. Can i make this wine using the grapes like you did in the pomegranate wine?? Kindly let me know. And what should be the ideal temperature for fermenting wine??

    Thanks in advance 👍👍
