I ate at the restaurant right behind you. I was there during the medieval festival in June. It's a lovely old town and not that far from Perugia.

Lots of potential, but also lots of work and lits of costs. Seems a bit high considering the amount if work needed. Can you put air conditioning in the old part if the city here ??
Fascinating, grazie tanti for sharing. Though in a small borgo 5 minutes drive out of Bevagna, at least a restaurant there, and quite a bit of renovation required for modern kitchen & bathrooms. Enjoyed the lower floor spaces and courtyard. Any fine art restrictions when restructuring? 🙂
