-A small splash of water

COOKING METHOD:
-Prepare 10 garlic cloves.
-Add a pinch of salt, about 2 teaspoons of quality olive oil, and a splash of water to a small pan.
-Cook at 200°C (Tip: The extra olive oil creates more flavourful confit oil).
-Add a bit of water to prevent the garlic from frying in the oil.
-Once the garlic is soft (test with a fork), it’s ready to be mashed into a purée.
