    It's a spicy seafood sauce from Hong Kong.

    Also I Love This Video and this is just a suggestion, but maybe if you want, you could try different A-Z meals.
    (Like go to a restaurant, food truck, fast food place or any place and ask for a meal, beverage, and/or dessert that starts with a specific letter until you get from A to Z.)
