I have been planning this week’s episode since I started making these #FOGOlife videos on Youtube. But I have shied away worried that it’s difficult to do, easy to mess up, and just simply being intimidated by it.

At the same time, I have always greatly enjoyed eating Octopus in restaurants, so I had to finally learn how to do it. And? It’s incredible, very satisfying, delicious, and it’s not as difficult or complicated as a lot of stories make it out to be.
