I am pleasantly surprised by this one. With the price being on the lower end, I thought it might be less desirable, but, this property is good to me, especially for a single person, or for those on a budget and with a smaller family. Also, what a beautiful part of town with the park setting and trees- absolutely perfect! I also love the cleanliness of the townhouse and its readiness to move into. I could just about show up with my bags and the place would be ready to live in! Anyway, thanks Dave for showing us another great one β€

The only problem is, the rooms are not square but trapezoidal. Needs customized furniture to optimize the space.

Do you have plans to show homes in Pratola Peligna? It's a wonderful town with a train station, and super close to Raiano and Sulmona. But I never see you promote any homes in there.

For me this apartment lacks an Italian touch and feeling, and might have been located βanywhereβ. Sure, itβs nice and fresh.
It is a great property and really move in ready. It will go fast. What a beautiful building and location. That watdrobe could be moved to the living area for great storage. Another bingo!
