Measure your flour by weight, not volume.
Far too much garlic unless you live next door to a vampire
Millilitres is a measurement of liquid, not dry ingredients like flour.
(Using grams instead of millilitres for cream doesn't sound correct either)
Whoever wrote that recipe needs to check their information
Too much salt.
You would never find such a "recipe" In Italy. We would find it disgusting. Too many ingredients.
