I learned this recipe from my mother it’s delicious start by adding 1 tblspoon olive oil then add one pound of any cut of beef chopped into bite-sized pieces now add one teaspoon of salt one teaspoon of sweet paprika three crushed garlic clove one generous pinch of black pepper once you’ve done that cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes meanwhile into a small bowl add 3/4 cup of water 1/4 cup of soy sauce and one tablespoon of cornstarch once the meat is cooked for 5 minutes remove from the skillet and set aside into the same skillet add half medium chopped onion half red bell pepper one large tomato parsley to taste once you’ve done that transfer all the meat back to the skillet add the sauce we’ve just made and stir until the sauce incorporates and slightly thickens at this point add about 5 oz of precooked spaghetti pasta it’s ready to serve don’t tell your guests it’s so easy see you next recipe

    Instructions:
    Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, paprika, garlic, and black pepper.
    While the beef cooks, whisk together water, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Remove the browned beef from the pan and set aside. Add the chopped red and yellow bell peppers and tomato to the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables soften slightly.Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
    Stir in the pre-cooked spaghetti noodles until well combined. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
