1 sweet potato in slices.
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of grated coconut

do not eat any bread try this easy and quick sweet potato recipe let’s start by slicing one sweet potato now put the slices into a pot cover with water and leave it to cook for 15 minutes to check if they’re ready you only need to poke them with a fork peel the potatoes put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork add two eggs and mix now add three tablespoons of honey finally add two tablespoons of grated coconut now oil a pan and pour in the mixture even it out leave it to cook for 15 minutes when one side is cooked then flip it using a plate leave it to cook for five more minutes and our recipe is done i hope you like the recipe bye

  4. I've never seen a white sweet potato either. Im our Krogers we have yams and sweet potatoes and they are both orange or yellowish orange inside.

  5. I sure will give this a try. My sister is a kidney failure patient and is on Dialysis a struggle with figuring out what to fix daily . Seems everything is either too much phosphorus or can't have potassium or we have to watch her fluid intake only 32 full ounces a day that means counting measuring each ounce of liquid even with cooking that counts as her

  6. sorry I didn't finish. I was saying the liquid we use for cooking does count against her 32ounces a day liquid intake. we are at our wits end daily trying to figure out what to fix
    . She needs the Protein; but Protein is highly weight consuming. it will put the pounds on you real quick and that she doesn't need or want so any support or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  7. I have learned to wrap the sweet potato in saran wrap and put it in microwave for as a baked potato would be cooked. it turns out great and so easy and quick if you choose to do the recipe here then it would be fast and easier in the microwave.

  8. I like the recipe and will try it. But I thought that heating honey is not a good to do because it reduces its enzyme quality.
