Careful not to break the cork 😬

so when we’re opening up the wine now this is a younger wine so we’ll just use our regular tpr cork screw so the first thing is to cleanly take off the uh the cap here and you can cut across on the top or you can choose to cut across on the bottom there’s no real rules when you’re opening wine but some people like to just rip this whole top part off but I personally prefer to just neatly cut around the top so then what we’ll do is we’ll insert the tip of the cork there and then just bring it right down if you’re more comfortable you can leave it on the table you use the first prong lift up you can see as you’re lifting see how the core kind of bends so I kind of over cranked it if it was an older bottle of wime that would have broken the cork in half then what you’ll do you’ll lift the second prong up and then just lift it out
