get yourself some homemade or store-bought potato gnocchi then we’re going to make the tomato sauce to a large skillet add extra virgin olive oil and a clove of crushed garlic fry gently for a minute then add the tomato puree clean the bottle with some water add it in add the salt and seam it for 20 minutes stirring occasionally while the sauce simmers chop the mozzarella or the dairy free mozzarella into dice then when the sauce looks like this add the basil leaves now cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float to the surface then scoop them out add them to the sauce and cook the next batch toss the yuck in the sauce until fully coated then arrange half of the gnocchi onto the baking dish sprinkle with mozzarella cheese or dairy-free cheese some grated Parmesan cheese or dairy-free parmesan add the remaining gnocchi on top top with mozzarella some more grated Parmesan and bake in the oven for five to ten minutes until the cheese melts completely add a tiny drizzle of extra virgin olive oil fresh basil leaves and
