good morning I am um kind of finishing up some work here because I have to meet my mom for lunch so I’m going to meet her over at the M Resort the M Resort is kind of kind of like halfway between us so we end up meeting there quite a bit she really she really likes this jelly in there that just has like sandwiches and like random food I would prefer to go to the Raiders Cafe they have more of like a proper menu but she likes she likes the casualness of this big Deli it’s called so I’m meeting her there for that and then tonight I have something really exciting so Prada has launched a fine jewelry line and so they’re having um you know a bunch of events at the Prada Boutique here at Crystals and so I’m going I have an appointment today at 6 p.m to go look at some fine jewelry I don’t think I’m gonna be buying anything as you guys know when it comes to Fine Jewelry I really like unique pieces I really love my Lucifer pieces but I do like the product like fashion jewelry and who knows what else I may end up getting but anyway that’s beside the point that’s what we’re doing tonight and then my husband and I are gonna have dinner afterwards so I didn’t make any reservations actually come to think of it I should probably do that right now so we’re gonna be at Crystals like I said and crystals is attached to it’s part of City Center so um there’s some restaurants at Crystals not too many I think there’s maestros I think that’s the only one and then uh it’s very very close pretty much attached to Arya you can walk out the other end and walk over like a really short Bridge uh to the cosmo which also has a lot of restaurants so I should look I should look right now and see if I can get a reservation maybe something at like 7 30 I think that’s probably enough time all right so there is availability at the genre Steakhouse Bardo Brasserie Din Tai Fung has something at eight Pizza catch not really Julian Serrano which is a Spanish cuisine they have something available in lemongrass I’m gonna book because my husband really loves he really loves Asian food so I’m gonna book Din Tai Fung at eight o’clock I think that’s probably the best bet it’s pretty late for me you guys I’ve been staying up later these days which has helped me sleep through the night so anyway let me go Oh see now I’m going to be like meeting my mom hey guys I am just standing in front of my makeup here I’m gonna put some on because I am getting ready to go to the Prada Fine Jewelry event tonight at Crystals I’m so excited I put this shirt dress on you’ve seen me wear this a thousand times it’s from h m it’s super old it ties in the front I have it in red and black in this color anyway I was gonna change but I’m like you know what I’m comfortable in this and it’s fine so I thought let me just go ahead and put on some makeup because I’ve been going bare-faced all day I do want to put on some primer because yeah my skin is feeling a little dry let’s do the correcting cream Veil because I actually haven’t used this a lot lately and it is relatively new and I don’t know if I’ve actually developed an opinion on this so let’s give it a shot oh there’s like a little a little bit of tint to it I’m not sure if you can see it actually let me show you the actual primer see it has like a little bit of a tin I feel like it’s leaving a little bit of a pigment on my skin interesting and it’s pretty pale I think I forgot about that in regards to this particular primer blend it in nicely but yeah I feel like it left a little bit of a a white cast on me I am not feeling like a full face a foundation or anything so I think I’m just going to throw in my Dior firmer skin care concealer what’s new and just throw some under my eyes a little around my nose along my chin I think that’s all I can bear to do right now and then I am going to use a little bit of powder bronzer and just kind of use that all over as like powder bronzer blush I have been really enjoying using bronzer as blush because I always feel like I’m looking for a really nude colored blush and essentially that’s a bronzer so I haven’t used this one in a while I’m going to use this terracotta light this is the sun kissed healthy glow powder in zero zero light cool so I am just using this generously all over with a really big fluffy brush wow this is a good one this one looks really really good on the cheeks as a blush because it has a little bit of that pink in there it’s really nice then I’m going to use this elevated glow from Lisa Eldridge this is in the shade Cosmic Rose and just gonna tap some onto my cheeks nothing too crazy this is a really nice subtle glow probably could have gone away with just one dot of it but you guys know how much I like a highlight sorry I have my Elio slate here and I just changed the light from they have cool blend and warm for like the temperature lighting and I just changed it to warm because even the blend looked a little bit cold and I think that even looks better on the viewfinder anyway this is on the warm setting so I’m going to do eyebrows in a little bit because where I’m standing I don’t have any of my eyebrow stuff but I am so excited to try this new palette new to me palette this is from Vive this is Genevieve what is her name Genevieve oh my God I used to watch her all the time why can’t I remember her full name anyway I believe she’s Scottish she’s a content creator and this is her um Beauty line I’m just going to take that protective covering off that plaque there and this is her nine T’s palette eyeshadow palette and it is so gorgeous I love how cool toned it is so I want you to give this a shot today I’m going to go into this shade phase first let me do a swatcheroo of that ooh smooth there is Phase oh I just realized this is like the shade that matches my dress almost perfectly you know I don’t know any details of this palette so it is made in Italy it’s vegan and cruelty free and it’s good for 12 months I really love these Shadows because they’re not Uber pigmented they really have just like a nice sane level of pigmentation yeah just really easy to use and they’re blending out really nicely at least this matte shade we’ll have to try out the shimmery Shades here now I’m going to go into acid wash which is a shimmery shade let’s do a Swatch of that oh this feels creamy there is acid wash which is like my ideal color I love that I’m just going to sweep that on my lid here I really like that very pretty very easy to use and I have a little bit of Fallout from that shimmery shade but really not that much not even enough that I feel like I need to sweep it away I’m just going to leave it I’m going to use my chi t05 from esum and line my eyes I guess I’ll I don’t know if I need to go as dark as soot but I may as well give it a shot this is another matte shade oh wow that is really effective liner wow wow all right what do you guys think beautiful look with just three of the shades in here so I just used phase acid wash and then this shade I love it absolutely love it all right next curling my lashes and then I’m gonna use my weighing gas this is the waterproof mascara and then I think this 90s palette has inspired me to do like a really kind of cool tone nude lip so I have to find the perfect one okay I pulled out some Gucci options look at these beautiful cool tone nudes so I think this one is the deepest one that I took out this one is called a royal Scandal I love this one let’s try this one this is like the exact color of my dress is this too cool to let me line my lips actually I’m going to line it with this nude Venus from Pat McGrath it’s kind of pink maybe two washed out I kind of like it but I feel like I feel like it needs something let me try the lighter one which is what do I have here Susan nude so this one’s a little bit lighter let me just try this lighter one see what happens oh yeah this one is like a little bit more caramel versus like a cement color yeah this is a touch warmer which I think strangely enough I think it works a little bit better even though my eye look is totally cool the color of my dress is is pretty cool tone it’s very taupey maybe I needed something to break it up but yeah I feel like this one looks better with everything with the other one it was almost just too much like I looked a little bit washed out I just brush a little bit more on my cheeks here I am ready oh wait I lied I did not do my eyebrows so I just grabbed my Persona swipe up brow gel I’m just gonna throw this in all right now I’m ready I totally lied so I said I wasn’t going to change I was gonna wear that shirt dress but I want you to wear a pair of Prada shoes the ones that I bought the last time I was no that’s a lie too hold on no the last time I was there I was actually there with Jen Love’s review Jen Love Now Jen loves reviews and her family that was the last time I was at product the time before I had purchased those two pairs of shoes the puffy mules and the puffy crisscross sandals so I think I’m gonna wear the puffy mules and so I decided to put this outfit on because it’s just my my black cropped pants this uh shacket from the Frankie shop this is like a nylon which is why I can’t put my microphone on here because you’ll just hear the material do that um and then I have my lueve t-shirt hidden because of go to Prada I feel like a Trader but I’m going to wear these puffy mules so here is the whole outfit I actually don’t have that many Prada bags but I do have that white backpack which I think I’ll carry I know it it’ll probably look a little silly it’s probably a little bit bigger than the average bag to carry to an evening event at a store but I think it’ll look cute with this outfit and that’s all that matters I’m just kidding it’s the only like real Prada bag that I have I have like a crossbody messenger bag I don’t think that’ll go with this aptitude too much so anyway let’s head on over actually to my room with my Handbags and see if we have any other options but I’m really liking the idea of the white my white Prada backpack with this out okay here is the white backpack that I was talking about so right I think it looks cute but is it appropriate for an evening a fine jewelry evening event probably not yeah all of my Prada bags are very practical I have my fanny pack very not appropriate and the greens clash and then I have this crossbody messenger which is just as casual as the backpack or I can do something totally different I guess I could bring the LV kusama bag it’s actually I think a pretty cute match for this outfit maybe I’ll do this even though it’s not Prada I think it’ll be fine all right okay now I’m ready [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] Prada event and the Din Tai Fung dinner and just we just went straight to bed we were so so tired my husband had a really long day at work he actually had to be somewhere at seven that morning I totally forgot and he was starving anyway we were kind of a mess but the Prada event was so beautiful as you guys saw I didn’t purchase anything as you guys know when it comes to Fine Jewelry I’m like really really picky because I want to be able to wear it every single day and I know that ends up being very very limited but that’s how I feel about Fine Jewelry fine jewelry for me is sort of like a tattoo I just want to put it on and leave it on it’s like a part of me that’s why I always have my rings on well ironically I don’t have them on right now but yeah so I didn’t get anything and not to say that you know the product pieces weren’t something that you could wear every day there were some like nice basic pieces as I hope you guys caught but anyway I’m thinking about it there are only like one or two pieces of each piece and then they have all of those MTO pieces made to order uh pieces in the front with like the snake bracelet and so I mean really really really beautiful stuff and just very very well designed but anyway they sent us home with some goodies which I haven’t even opened because we just plopped these down on the counter and went upstairs so let’s see what this is oh this is this is the book that came out with this collection this eternity gold hold on I did want to show you something because they’re really really proud of their um sustainability look at this beautiful book it’s so cool hold on I just want to show you this one picture so they were showing me this picture of all of these microchips and I’ll just read to you quickly what it says in here it says 100 of the gold used in product Fine Jewelry is certified recycled gold meaning quote unquote chain of custody standard set by the responsible jewelry Council every step in incarnation of Potter’s responsible gold and diamond production chain is verifiable and traceable something offered by no other fine jewelry or luxury fashion house in the world so that is really awesome I think that’s super cool I just wanted to show you one piece and this is the one that I was really really tempted to purchase hold on well there was a bunch I was very tempted to purchase but this necklace I loved and I actually took a little bit of footage of me kind of twisting this so you can straighten out this black triangle so that it’s like a a diamond you can twist it so that it looks like a sailboat I think that was their main purpose or you can completely close it up if you don’t want the diamond the pave Diamond showing and also their pave work is snow pave which it looks really really kind of like haphazard and random but really it’s the way of laying down the diamonds so like the most amount of diamond shows and the least amount of metal shows through so it looks really really like like a solid sort of sheet of diamond when the snow pave technique is used so it’s really cool that’s so beautiful and then they also sent us home with this little gift which is this see a little card so they had this event they timed it with Mother’s Day basically so this card from Gabby if you’re ever in if you’re ever in the Las Vegas area and you go to the Prada at Crystals definitely go see Gabriella or Gabby she’s really really knowledgeable and very sweet and so passionate about Prada and what she does I’m honored to be a part of your special day and celebrate you with a handmade gift I created to express my gratitude for you happy Mother’s Day to a possum dog mom oh oh my gosh I can’t believe she made this do you know that that um craft called quilling it’s like it’s basically like curled pieces of paper I’m gonna have to ask her because that is not easy it’s not easy to do wow look how beautiful that is oh I have to send her a thank you text I was going to say thank you card I’m going to send her a thank you text right now oh that is so sweet thank you to Prada so adorable so anyway that was the event and I had a really lovely time and they really made me feel special I thought the event was just it was going to be open and there’s going to be a bunch of you know like whoever they invited but they actually had appointment time slots and um the area that we were sitting in was usually for like made to measure like bespoke men’s clothing they cleared all of that out and they set up you know a seating area like you guys saw they brought in those hors d’oeuvres they poured us some champagne which unfortunately neither of us drank because my husband was too tired and I don’t drink and it was just the two of us like we had I didn’t realize we had had an appointment I thought whatever anyway it was it was really really nice and oh I was so happy that I went so that was really lovely I’m so glad that we went I need more coffee and when we came home there was a box on our doorstep and my husband actually just opened it because it was for him and I just wanted to show you sorry complete change of topic I just wanted to show you this uh Scotch called floor and this was actually created by one of my husband’s like nearest and dearest and oldest friends and it’s a blended Scotch whiskey produced and bottled in Scotland so cool right and this is actually like a like a little plaque there so neat anyway I just wanted to shout out shout out that Scotch whiskey so anyway I have a pretty kind of ordinary day ahead of me I have to film something I have to finish editing something typical typical and then this evening we are going out to dinner actually with my assistant lizetta and her husband so the four of us were going on a little double date and we’re checking out the brand new steakhouse in our neighborhood because she actually lives in this in my same neighborhood just basically the steakhouse is like between us she’s like on one side of it I’m on the other it’s called Prime 141 one yeah Prime 141 Steakhouse and yeah and it’s brand new and it literally is like three minutes away so I’m really excited to try that out I’m really hoping it’s really really good because it’ll be so nice to have something nearby and that’s what we’re doing for dinner so I’m gonna get back to working and I’ll be back to take you along to the steakhouse with us hello I just got up from my desk because I wanted to get ready for dinner and my husband just came home with Butters from school and it looks like maybe they did a little Mother’s Day thing at school I thought I would open it together with you one year they did like this paw print thing and it ended up looking like a flower so cute I have it somewhere I need to get all these things framed oh I love my thank you sweet baby and then let’s see what’s in this little baggie what is this they actually put fuzzy on the back so I think not sure what this is maybe this is like part of a paw print I’m gonna have to ask them because I’m not sure I love it now I know how parents feel when like their kids come home with these like weird crafts things that they did in school and they’re just like I it doesn’t matter what it is I love it I absolutely love it baby you’re the best how was school looks like you looks like you guys were busy today playing and making mommy gifts hmm oh so so all right guys oh before I forget so my husband informed me that this is Miss fuzzy Butter’s nose print cutest thing ever okay so I’m ready for dinner I threw on my h m dress my super long Chanel necklace that I kind of forgot I had it’s sitting out I don’t know why I don’t know anyway I decided to put this on and then I have on my Chanel Flats I guess I was inspired to go a lot of Chanel and my Chanel black and white Tweed bag all right so I am all ready for dinner thank you [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] thank you [Music] [Applause] good morning wow I feel hungover but I do I don’t drink but I feel hungover dinner was uh interesting I can’t say that I would recommend this restaurant I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant it was overpriced and but that wasn’t even the worst of it it was the it was ever it was everything the service was it’s just off it was just off our waitress was very very friendly and very lovely but it was just off I I you know I I’ve eaten out a lot as you guys know I’ve eaten out a lot and um maybe it’s a New Yorker in me but I really like uh very efficient um friendly but expeditious is that the word expeditious service and it’s not like the food took a while to come anyway it just it was off her assistant was I don’t know I I get the feeling maybe he had never worked at a restaurant before for example because I don’t want to just not recommend this place and not not give you actual hard examples but he brought a stool over for my purse which is great love that I don’t have to worry about it and my purse has its own seat but then he actually took my purse he he took my purse because it was next to me on the chair he took it and put it on the stool that’s like a No-No you don’t touch someone else’s like wallet purse phone if you don’t know them I was like I got it thank you it was it was it was awkward it was very very odd yeah it it just wasn’t it just wasn’t good and the worst part was um so I was there was Zetta and her husband and they were lovely and we had a great time but yeah so zeta’s steak came out and she had ordered it medium rare and it was very clearly like medium medium well like it was just like slightly pink on the inside and so she didn’t want to eat it and I can’t blame her I mean you know you asked for it a certain way and I I’m pretty particular about the way my steak is prepared she didn’t want to eat it and she just you know you know kind of left it there and then the waitress came over checked on everything and you know Zetta mentioned it anyway long story short the manager came over and he said this is medium rare we were all like that’s not medium rare I’m like okay I’m like if we’re gonna talk about that that’s not medium rare and he didn’t stop there he looked at her and he said what you want then is rare I was like wow wow wow so here we are someone mansplaining what temperature the steak is I was like okay this is not this is not good so like the in terms of like the decor or whatever they had this big neon oh I shot a little bit of that a big neon blue sign above us and so it did make all the steak look like a different color it was actually very very difficult to see whether or not they hooked it properly but they all had the manager and the the weight stuff they all had uh pen those pen lights and they did Shine it on the stake just to be sure but whatever anyway she didn’t even end up eating it and my husband’s was he asked for a medium rare he got it it was a solid medium and is that his husband what did he asked for medium and I think his stake was actually more rare than her it just wasn’t and we thought maybe they mixed it up but I was like no because she got she got a strip it looked like a strip he got a rib eye it looked like a rib eye and it’s not even that they didn’t cook it right it was really the way the manager handled it it was so poor it was so poor and so the whole evening was it was very very awkward oh and also it was hot and so I asked the waitress I was like is there any way you could you know turn the AC up or turn the temperature down and she said oh she’s like this is something we’ve been dealing with because the other side of the restaurant is freezing and then our side is hot and she’s like we’ve been battling for like the last couple of days I’m like at a restaurant I’m like you can’t have that I’m sorry you can’t have like people sitting there like so uncomfortable people freezing and people hot like we actually had to get up at the end of the night and just leave because we were like it’s so hot in here and yeah so it was just it was not it wasn’t good it wasn’t good so I do not recommend Prime 141 anyway enough negativity uh I believe this video is going up on Mother’s Day so I just wanted to wish all the mommies out there a happy Mother’s Day I hope you’re having a lovely time with your family or your friends whomever you
