For the pasta: 500g “00” flour and 5 eggs

For the sauce: 2lbs littleneck clams, 2 tbsp olive oil, 6 garlic cloves, 1.5 tsp crushed red pepper, 1/2 cup Italian parsley, 1 cup of white wine, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste.
