The Lampredotto sandwich or panino con Lampredotto in Florence is one of the most iconic street food in Florence.

Lampredotto is made from the cow 4th stomach, served on a bun with a delicious green tangy sauce, salsa verde.

Here we are getting our Lampredetto from “l Trippaio di San Frediano”. It is a small street food eatery very popular with locals in Oltrarno.
