1/2 cup real butter, salted
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup fresh graded Parmesan cheese
Melt butter and stir in heavy cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add to cream sauce garlic. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese with whisk. Continue to stir to create a creamy sauce. Final touch – add in parsley and serve.
Prep time: 15/20 minutes.
