right episode two healthy and delicious frittata today’s version is solo carb you can call it keto my friend chip and my son Vinnie just stopped in we start with olive oil fry up shallots and garlic then we throw in the zucchini chopped sweet red peppers diced tomatoes salt and pepper going to let that cook up for about 15 minutes all right we got eight eggs whip those up nice shredded parmesan and Fontina cheese we just threw it in threw in a little bit of ham chopped up the wine pairing tonight is a crisp buttery chardonay chilled it’s perfect and it’s summery eggs and cheese right in there the oven 20 minutes the oven it looks beautiful let’s try it chip what are you thinking man
