first time ever making homemade pasta- fettuccine alla carbonara

for the pasta: 300g AP, 3 eggs, 1tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp water

sauce: pancetta (wish i could find guanciale),3 yolks, bunch of pecorino, pasta water

reminded me of italy 🙂
