PREVIEW Carbonara doesn’t need cream Hi guys, welcome back to my channel! ๐Ÿ˜„ The perfect carbonara? I mean acturally I’m trying to cook it with classic Italian recipe Heating peppers makes the aroma rich Crush it as fine as possible I’m going to use 250g of spaghetti today (2.5~3 portion) need two eggs and five only yolks Pecorino romano (you can instead Parmigiano Reggiano) I think 15g of cheese per serving is appropriate Mix the pepper and egg cheese well. If it’s dry, add a little water (no hot water!) Parsley Parsley is not essential, but it makes the taste more refreshing Chop it This will be used at the last Garlic (it’s not essential too) This is essential. The Guanciale It’s Italian cured meat product prepared from pork jowl or cheeks It is an essential ingredient for classical Carbonara because it has so much fat(you can instead Pancetta) Cut into bite-sized pieces You all know how to boil spaghetti, right?   2. the only cons that i have (as someone who's half italian,) is that you used parsley, the whole egg, and the additional pepper wasn't entirely necessary.
    the pepper's already in the guanciale, and you should only use the yolk of the egg.
    at least you didn't use bacon, cream, or a spoon.

  11. Wow! Not only does he make the carbonara the Italian way (well…we don't use the pepper or the parsley, but other than that, it's perfect), he doesn't eat it with a spoon! It looks lovely and probably tastes wonderful. And…Leedoe is very easy on the eyes!๐Ÿคญ

  14. Senti questo sapore forte di maiale perchรฉ hai bruciato il guanciale…va fatto sudare lentamente in padella e non cotto cosรฌ in modo violento altrimenti diventa amaro..per il resto aglio e prezzemolo evitali ma devo dire megliola tua che tante carbonare che si vedono

  15. Hey man! Next time to make a real carbonara use only the egg yolk, without the egg white. No parsley! Instead of bacon, use guanciale (is the part of the cheek)
