Those were cuttlefish with its own ink, not squid. Delicious but your theet will be temporarily black, you have to wash them with a good wine and a dessert 🍨 🥧

Squid ink is toxic. It may be seen as a delicacy, but it has such a high amount of iodine in it, and I forget the other compound, but it basically is low level radioactive. If you have thyroid issues, especially…do NOT eat it. The rest looks soo yummy. I have never been a fan of sardines, but those looked fabulous.
