(Day 40) We moved to Italy (from Canada) in April of 2024. I’m recording daily videos showing my appreciation for the new country and what I call a “moment of Zen” – a moment of reflection and gratitude that brings me peace and joy.
Today’s moment of Zen is VINO, the wine – you can buy it everywhere, and…it’s great and affordable.

There are numerous wine refilling points across Italy, and you can save more on your daily groceries budget. Simply bring your own bottles. There you can find friends, see them regularly, and make good acquaintances with town's neighbourhoods. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKiKJyj45IY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxaOBknPx9U
I knew it would be just a matter of time until the Umbrian (Italian) wine would make it to the Zen list. I like it when you provide us with different background scenarios. I almost feel like I am there.
