Adding in some tomato puree and salted water and now just continues to cook until the pasta is at the right texture you can hear the crackle and the pop so we know it’s time to flip add a little more water and then just cook until it’s done here goes

Wouldn’t it be starchy when you do it that way? I like to boil the pasta as usual and rinse a bit then drain.

It is cooked so that the sauce gets thick and it slightly burns
The taste is intense but not piquant or moderately so
We make this, easier to cook the spaghetti el dente.. then fry it.. we burn it! So good
