i had a kebab made from organs when i went to turkey, at first i was put off from even smelling it but with a little sauce it was good,i dont think i would do it again but i can say i have tried it.its animal poop bags and intestines so its waste and not for eating. i wouldn't feed my dog this

It's called trippa, It's mostly made from cow stomach, It's a delicacy here in Italy. In Florence you can find Lampredotto, which Is another part of cow stomach
They don't brine it in Cantonese way

I would try it in Italy. As an American, I wouldn’t try it in the states. A lot of our foods are illegal in other countries for a reason.
